1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you" or "your") and r7869 ("r7869", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at r7869.cam.

By accessing the r7869 website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2.Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the r7869 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered by r7869 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by r7869 before processing withdrawals or in response to compliance requirements.
• "Platform" means the r7869 website, mobile interface and any associated services accessible at r7869.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, including Pakistan to the extent that online gambling is unlawful therein.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and use an r7869 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
2. You are not located in or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You are registering the Account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from r7869 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions that would prevent you from engaging in financial transactions of this nature.

r7869 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure. Any funds in a non-compliant Account will be handled in accordance with applicable operator policy and legal obligations.

4.Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the r7869 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information whenever it changes.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify r7869 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

r7869 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access.

5.Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You further agree that all bets and wagers placed through your Account are placed by you personally and that you will not act as an agent for any third party.

You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Errors in selection or stake amount do not entitle you to a refund unless r7869 determines, at its sole discretion, that a technical fault directly caused the incorrect placement.
• r7869 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error due to a technical malfunction or data-feed failure.
• Live betting markets close at the start of the relevant event or at such earlier time as r7869 determines. It is your responsibility to ensure your bets are placed within the applicable market window.
• r7869 may set individual account-level stake limits, daily deposit caps or other restrictions at its reasonable discretion, particularly where there are responsible gambling or compliance concerns.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. r7869 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for losses caused by service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6.Deposits & Payments

To place wagers on r7869, you must first fund your Account. All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment provider names referenced on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistan transfer references for context only. They do not imply endorsement of, partnership with or affiliation to r7869.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual settlement currency and any applicable conversion rates are determined by the operator's payment processing arrangements.
• r7869 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. r7869 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or a verified method registered in your name, unless otherwise approved by r7869's compliance team.
• Any active Bonus funds attached to your Balance must have their applicable Wagering Requirements met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• r7869 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional compliance checks required.
• r7869 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such circumstances.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method that is no longer available or has been closed by you may be subject to additional processing steps and delays.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

r7869 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited at r7869's sole discretion. r7869 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to users who have already opted in and begun meeting the applicable conditions.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money stakes on eligible games. Games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements — full contribution tables are available within each promotion's terms.
• r7869 operates a strict one-bonus-per-household and one-bonus-per-IP-address policy for welcome offers. Users who attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate Accounts will have all associated Accounts reviewed and may face closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting Wagering Requirements.
• r7869 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of a technical error.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r7869 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to fix outcomes, share information in real time or otherwise manipulate the integrity of betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the r7869 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, page layouts and interface designs — is the property of r7869 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of r7869.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r7869 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or service interruption.

r7869's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits r7869's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12.Suspension & Termination

r7869 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• r7869 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct associated with your Account.
• You are found to be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.
• r7869 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting r7869 support. Upon closure of your Account, any verified real-money Balance remaining (net of any non-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r7869 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. However, as noted in Section 1, users in Pakistan are responsible for determining their own legal position regarding online gambling under applicable Pakistani law.

14.Amendments

r7869 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
